You can check into your cottage any time after 3:00pm.
If you arrive early and your cottage is not yet ready you are welcome to leave your car, use the pool, have lunch at the local Deli or visit the beach. Check out time is 10:00am. We are sorry but there are no exceptions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made with 40 or more days notice for a full refund of the deposit less a $25 handling fee. Cancellations with less than 40 days notice forfeit the deposit.
What size are the beds?
All beds are queen size.
Is parking available?
Parking is provided for one car for each cottage - limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RV's.
What is the hurricane policy?
Direct hurricane strikes are not common in our area of Florida but they are always a risk. The National Hurricane Center’s web site has the most accurate information on hurricanes. Guests may cancel and receive a full refund if their reservation is within the 3 day forecast cone of a forcasted hurricane on this site.
Is there a grocery store on the island?
Yes – Sanibel has two full size grocery stores: Bailey’s and Jerry’s. Both offer online shopping and delivery.
How do I find the best things to do and places to eat?
Every cottage has a welcome book full of local information and we have 24 hour concierge service.
Is daily maid service provided?
The cottages are fully cleaned and stocked including fresh linens and towels between each guest. Should you require daily maid service, please contact us to make special arrangements.
